Promptness of response : I called to most providers who quoted and Woodcroft were the fastest to respond. They would do the survey on the same day if the seller could provide access! It did not work the same day, but the next morning the surveyor was on site. I was really impressed, this exceeded all my expectations given the others were like "maybe next week"...
Quality of service : Again, I was sceptical about quality given the company was so quick to arrange a survey. I thought the quality would be sub-par. I could not be more wrong. I really got my money's worth - professional survey with detailed report and verbal feedback over the phone right after the survey. The surveyor made himself available over the weekend as well just to make sure we understand his comments and answer any questions we had.
Value for money : As above, this was super value for money. The office called to make sure we could get in touch with the surveyor and followed up with him on the weekend. If we need a survey again in the future, I would definitely use them and recommend to friends in the area.
Professionalism : I am very pleased with the service and would use them again. I cannot recommend them more. They were professional from the initial intro email to the final report and follow up to make sure we understand it and happy with it. Thank you!!
