Ascot Surveying Services is an indepentant private practice established in 2006 by Mr J Girard-McMullen MRICS who obtained corporate membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2001.
Our approach is to give our clients commitment during all stages of the project and to tailor our services to meet their specific requirements. We actively look to develop our relationships with our clients, other consultants and contractors to maximise the benefits that can be achieved through working together.
Our philosophy is to give honest, professional and straightforward advice to our clients to enable them to optimise their property or project and reduce the operational burden, both practically and financially.
