Building Surveys, Lytham St. Annes, Lancs, E Randall - May 2021Quality of service : On the basis of a couple of photos I sent, I received a diagnosis of the problem. There was no visit to look at the problem and he did not charge. I was a bit dubious about the diagnosis and solution. I contacted another surveyor who came out and spent some time looking at the wall crack. he did not think the problem was serious but he did not agree with the original surveyer's analysis.
Value for money : I was not charged for the consultation.

Following this initial advice, the survey was conducted within a few days. The report that he produced provided practical straight forward advice on the remedial action needed and he also discussed the finer points in more detail over the phone. I would definitely recommend Roger for any structural surveys required.

Professionalism : Supplier clearly pointed out that he is a structural engineer rather than a chartered surveyor and the report would not be on a standard form.. This was what I needed to investigate foundational instability.
