We were unclear at the time which type of survey we needed. Chose Jonathon Bevan. A survey has been done at a lot less than the original quote given and we are very happy with the outcome. Excellent service. Mr Bevan carried out the survey within two working days of me instructing him & the report was ready in another 2 days. One of the problems I heard about surveyors is that the post survey service / responding to questions & concerns on the report is very poor, particularly after they have received their fees. But this is not the case with Mr Bevan. I left him a message that I need to discuss some of the findings in his report & he called me back within half an hour to discuss in detail for the next 15-20 mins and clarified all my doubts.
