Promptness of response : This supplier was initially listed and is local and so I contacted them and they replied promptly and a visit followed shortly after.
Quality of service : The supplier did the condition report and gave extra experty advice on the property and valuable additional input (such as labeling up the CPU fuses). The report itself was being prepared during the visit and was sent to me right after.
Value for money : As per comments above, I got what I expected to pay for and lots of added value from the experts.
Professionalism : Yes, see above, and the work was also clearly done in an orderly way and evidently was being done in detail (e.g. heard the two person team discussing a lot of specifics). They also highlighted things I needed to consider, such as impact of removing old installation on decor, and gave indicative prices for suggested additions.
