Company Information
Both myself, Robert Chambers and Warren Owen set out and started our electrical business way back in 1999 to which we are now heading into our 19th year (where did that time go) and in 2003 we became a Ltd Company.
We are still working for many of our old clients from way back at the start which tells us as a Company we are doing something right. We treat every job with our utmost enthusiasm no matter how large or small the job is.
C&O believe we are much like a family business. We currently employ six members of staff to which all have been trained through college by ourselves with a combined experience of 100 years, that's telling you that you will be in safe hands with us. We are also members of the NICEIC as Approved Contractors and Domestic Installers and are listed with the Electrical Safety Register and the Registered Electrical Competent Person Scheme.
We have our office based here at 4 Chapel Yard, Holt, Norfolk and we have a shop on the ground floor where we can greet all our clients face to face giving them our complete attention answering any questions that they may have throughout the works that we take on giving all our clients, new & old, somewhere to call into with any issues and see a friendly face.Contact Details

Promptness of response : Did not respond immediately but when they did and got the correct Did not respond immediately and when they did and made appointment for site visit failed to show up. However this was apparently caused by an administrative error, thoroughly apologised for and subsequently the preliminary site survey, advice and consequent estimate for works were all very good. This led to our instructing this firm to proceed. But now still awaiting any response to our email again. As we have now discharged the other firms who submitted estimates the jury is still our on C & O
Quality of service : As above Good insofar as it went but not exactly excellent in responding to emails of arriving on agreed day/time Unable yet to comment on quality of work
Value for money : No final quote yet provided (for good reason) so unable to comment
Professionalism : When the preliminary visit/survey did occur, albeit delayed, advice was comprehensive and most helpful. Was both professional and honest about limitations and costs etc. Did inspire confidence and led to award of contract
