Value for money : Hmmm! Not sure I agree with the necessity for EPC's in the first place!
Professionalism : Only thing I would say that as I don't do on- line banking I had taken a cheque and it was pure fluke I had the cash on me. This needs to be made clearer in the initial stages.

Promptness of response : Craig was in contact within minutes despite the fact it was after normal working hours. He made an early appointment and was there when I arrived at the property.
Quality of service : Craig carried out the survey efficiently and provided the certificate by email the following morning. I was impressed with the response. He also provided floor plans for a small extra cost which enabled us to forward to the estate agent for inclusion in the sale brochure. In all a very positive experience and would recommend him without hesitation.
Value for money : Overall cost was very reasonable.
