We provide a personal and friendly service to all of our customers. Our first visit to discuss your requirements is totally free of charge where we will offer practical advice on all areas of planning applications and building control. From the smallest domestic extensions & conversions to complete refurbishments and new builds, no job is too small. Our flexible service is designed to give the customer peace of mind that their new design is affordable, attractive, practical and above all runs smoothly through the planning and building application process.

Quality of service : From first contact to having the drawings was just over 2 weeks, excellent quality and service!
Value for money : All the costs involved in the process were explained to me so I had no unexpected surprises, some people didn't even mention some of the fees i'd have to pay!
