A.S. Associates are an independent firm of experienced chartered town planners and architectural designers working within most areas of Scotland.
We offer a comprehensive planning and architectural design service from pre-application advice and design solution to achieving planning consents and building warrant certificates.
For the majority of people, the planning system can be a very daunting and confusing process. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a stress free service, working from your initial idea to achieving a design solution and the relevant consents. As your representative, we will deal with any correspondence from the Planning Authority and negotiate on your behalf.
We are committed to providing a professional planning and design service at a competitive price, tailored to the client's individual needs. For the majority of building projects we can provide our services at a fixed cost. This provides the customer with the confidence that their scheme can remain within budget without any hidden charges along the way.
Our standard services include:
an initial survey of the property site.
Preparation of a planning statement.
Preparation of detailed design drawings and their submission for planning permission to the Local Planning Authority.
