Promptness of response : The project is still going ahead and the architect is still working on the application. However they have been very helpful and everything is going as planned
Quality of service : A meeting was arranged and the architect came round to draw out the plans.
Value for money : I think theres alot of competition out there and i had alot of quotes from everyone and so far this was a better one.
