Kevin Gain took over after we got a fake surveyor named 'Rameez Tahir' who pretended to be an experienced surveyor. He said his company was called 'dyiplanning' but it does bit appear on the website nor is a vat registered company. He gave us A LOT OF problems RT took the measurements, told us he submitted the rear extension application, charged us a lot of money including VAT but he did not submitt. Only after many and several reminders he did submit but he dud apply the wrong application. This caused a lot of issues in addition to time waste and having a massive impact on the building process.
