Quality of service : Absolutely impressed with the quality of service received from Johnny. He arranged to call me so we could discuss my query in more detail and gave me some great advice and talked me through the process. I was not ready to move forward at this point and said I would be in contact when we were. A month later I contacted Johnny who responded straight away and arranged a free visit to my property to discuss my plans. He offered some great, professional and honest advice. We were very impressed and hired him for the project. He provided us some great drawings and made changes where we needed them.
Value for money : Johnny was very honest in what we needed. As someone new to renovation/extension projects Johnny was very knowledgeable with the council requirements and costs etc I felt that I could trust him in all the information he provided. He only charged us for the work we required, great value for money.
Professionalism : Very professional and very respectful in listening to our needs and offering the best and practical advice.
