Good experience with Leith who came prepared to our first meeting with large printouts of a property plan she had sourced from a database and which allowed her to come with ideas so we could get started straight away. From there the process was equally efficient with first drawings received a few days after the initial meeting, one iteration and Leith then managed the whole process with the council until we received approval for our project a few weeks later. I would use Leith again for other projects and would recommend her.
