Promptness of response : Answered the phone quickly, offered an appointment within a few days and was very punctual.
Quality of service : I was happy with every part of the service except that the surveyor made an incorrect assumption that a roof space was not insulated. This resulted in a lower EPC score than the property probably deserves. As a result, I missed qualifying for a Band B by 1 mark out of 100 and so this was very disappointing.
Value for money : I did not conduct a comprehensive price comparison but believe that the price was probably slightly lower than average for the area
Professionalism : In general, perfectly professional and I would be happy to award the highest mark in this category were it not for the incorrect score given to the roof insulation which meant I missed being placed in Band B by 1 point
