Value for money :  Appears to be good value for money. However this is early days and now that we have engaged this Architect, our expectations is to have a successful outcome.
Professionalism :  So far so good. As previous comment, it's early days as we have just engaged in contract.

Promptness of response :  Mark visited my house and gave me his comments as to what may be possible to do. He suggested six choices. He sent to me his fees and information which was very concise. Extremely professional, courteous and non assuming. I felt very comfortable with him and would trust his judgement. However I've not moved into the property yet, and need to settle before I make any decisions. I will add though that through my lack of knowledge I was very surprised at how high costs can be prior to commencement of works. I would still like to recommend Mark because I can clearly see that he'd do a good job for you.
