This is a more involved and detailed process of the pre construction phase. We will provide all the relevant drawings and documentation required for building control submission.

Only Gus Macedo replied to my enquiry form and he called me 'out of hours' which was very helpful and considerate. Gus communicated my options very well and sent this in writing. Gus delivered every aspect of his advice on time and at the exact cost quoted. Even whilst he was on holiday he delivered information to me. Our application was completed and submitted on time and Gus has continued to monitor its progress.
