Design

We work with our client to get the best possible design to suit there requirements, and to meet the local authority planning regulations.

We will provide cost of the building works at all stages, so that the design does not exceed your budget.

PJP will take your ideas and our build knowledge and translate them into detailed working plans. Often the original ideas will shift as new dimensions and possibilities become apparent.

Build

We are a team of home builders, that pride ourselves for a professional standard of workmanship and customer service. We approach every building project as if it were for ourselves.

We are ECO friendly, and all are waste is divided and recycled. Concrete and hardcore is crushed and reused as fill, or sent to concrete plants to be reused.

PJP works closely with a number of other experienced , trusted, expert companies in home refurbishment.

We will work with clients drawings prepared by other architects or house designers, but are willing to adapt hem according to clients wishes as the project progresses.
