Quality of service :  The architect has great communication skills and is in contact with us at every stage guiding us and giving us alternatives when needed
Value for money :  The architect gave us a Carers discount because we're fostering Carers which was amazing
Professionalism :  He's a lovely young man very professional. He understand about the COVID-19 guidelines and worked within them wearing his mask and keeping his distance.
