Quality of service : Initially corresponded by email to ascertain requirements and then a home visit was arranged. Andrew Carter came with plans and discussed personal requirements prior to measuring.and providing drawings in a Timely manner. Once I had engaged his services formal plans were prepared and slight tweaks made as necessary. Andrew was really helpful through out, advising of the process, cost and what to expect and when.
Value for money : As above, very helpful and I felt it was proportionate.
Professionalism : Excellent customer service, answered the most basic questions and guided me through the process.
